Through metabolic testing, we learned that cats require a higher amount of hemp per kg than dogs, so while the oil for cats in our Feline Oil is the same as the oil for dogs, the administration is specific for cats.

How do I know which size oil to give my pet?
For dogs, we offer hemp oils in 15mL, 30mL, and 60mL. To select the best size for your canine companion, we recommend reviewing our administration guide to get a sense of the right amount for your dog and how long each bottle will last.
Through our research, we’ve learned that cats require a slightly higher amount of hemp per kg of body weight than dogs because they metabolize it differently. The administration table on our Feline Oil reflects this higher amount to ensure cats get the support they need.
How do I administer the oil?
We recommend administering ElleVet hemp oil at mealtime for best absorption and to support palatability. The oil can also be administered directly into your pet’s mouth if you prefer.
