Providing free veterinary care to the most vulnerable animals
The ElleVet Project was founded to help the pets of the homeless by providing free veterinary care and medical supplies. Traveling to homeless communities treating pets where they live allowed the project to reach pets who otherwise may never have access to care or services.
Veterinary care
We provide vaccinations, Flea and tick treatment, wound care, Skin, eye, and ear issues, basic medical care, medical diagnosis, and whatever is needed. We don’t ever turn a pet away.
Basic Supplies
We provide needed medical supplies such as medications, wound care supplies, antibiotics and education.
Emergency surgery
If an emergency arises that we cannot treat at the van, we will transport the pet to a local surgical partner and pay for needed surgery and aftercare.
